RDL-CLEAR donates books to RSC's Instute of Business and Accountancy

Last July 22, 2003, the RDL-CLEAR, through its founding director, Ismael Fabicon, turned over two boxes of reference books and reading materials to the Institute of Business and Accountancy of the Romblon State College in Odiongan, Romblon. The topics covered business, mathematics, psychology, among others. The books were received by IBA Dean Janilyn A. Fosana in a simple ceremony witnessed by faculty and staff. The donation, small as it is, is seen as a good start to fill up the shelves of the new mini-library the institute has recently built.

Promoting literacy in Romblon is one of the objectives of RDL-CLEAR.

After the book donation, Mr. Fabicon was also invited to witness and take part of the formal launching of the IBA website at http://www.ibainteractive.2ya.com/.
